Vivien's B-day

It's time to revive my blog after a long break. There are so many events I want to blog about but because I'm too lazy, I'll just blog about what happened recently. Class has just started and assignments are pouring in (as usual). However, this term's assignment are harder and more complicating than I thought it would be. I shall leave this stressful topic aside and talk about some happy moments for now.



It was Vivien's birthday on the 28/01/2010. So we decided to have a little celebration at Neway. Nat suggested that the dress code would be either dresses or skirts. The only ones who wasn't wearing dresses were Eric and Amanda. Cannot blame Amanda since she didn't get the notice.

Left to right: Vi, Nat, Abby and Eric. Ehem~ See how "chou lou" Vi was? Normally, she's not so "chou lou".. In fact, it was the opposite. Nat on the other hand.. well, she's only prim and proper during her camera-mode-time OR when she is ber-drama-ing. See how sweet she is in the pic?

Oh, Nat and I was secretly trying to surprise Vi with the mini cake decorated by M&Ms (did by Nat) but Vi didn't seem to be surprise.. so mission failed. There was this funny moment where I called the waiter to bring in the cake. Manatau, when we were expecting the waiter to bring in the cake... Ms. Vivien wanna go toilet!!! Kik sei~ Imagine cake comes in without the birthday girl.. So how? Rushed out to ask the waiters to hold on first.

Then, when it finally comes to the part where the cake comes in and the birthday song is playing... everyone were happily singing the birthday song and wishing Vi. Dengan tiba-tibanye, the song stopped!! The screen went blank! How can?? We were stunned for awhile and Nat was quick to act; opened the door and shouted "Hey, why no song?!". We were puzzled for a moment on why did they off the screen. Then someone suddenly said "Eh, I think someone must have touched the switch which caused the screen to turn off". And guess who was the nearest to the switch?? Please slowly scroll down...

This is the CULPRIT!!! Natalie Chai Chao Teng. Celaka betul~ Can go blame the workers pulak. She was dancing near the switch and must have swung her arms around and hit the button (while we were half way singing the birthday song). *faint*

Although the birthday song was abruptly interrupted. We continued to have fun and even gave the birthday girl "flying kisses".
